Meet Tatum
Preacher, Author, Community Advocate, and Trained Counselor
A native of the beautiful island of Barbados, she was raised and educated in Brooklyn, New York.
Rev. Osbourne earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mid-America Christian University (Oklahoma City, OK). She completed her Master's in Applied Behavioral Science from her alma mater in the summer of 2023. Rev. Osbourne is a current Ph.D. student in the Counseling and Psychological Studies program at Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA), where her work focuses on Secondary Traumatic Stress Among Black Women Senior Pastors.
She serves as the Executive Pastor of the Greater Jacksonville Community Church under the leadership of her husband, Rev. Kevin Osbourne. Rev. Osbourne sits on the Presbytery Board of the Berean Fellowship of Churches (Columbus, OH) under the leadership of Bishop Timothy J. Clarke. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of the Church of God and the Florida State Association of the Church of God. Rev. Osbourne is honored to be the Church of God's representative on the Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy Executive Board as the current Vice President (2026-2028). She is the current Christian Women Connection’s Clergy Representative. Rev. Osbourne speaks extensively at churches, conferences, workshops, and other outlets throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
